The Warrior Demi-God Illis
Greetings. I am called Illis! I may not look it but I am nearly two millenia old. I hunt monsters, the more subversive spirits that haunt and harm mortals. A sage once described me as both "innocent and wise...." I believe that sums it up.
[Once an abused mortal, Illis was deified under mysterious circumstances. At about 2,000 years old, he is blessed with preternatural powers and eternal youth but even as a free man his slavery haunts him.]

He trained me in secret. -chuckles- I was such a determined girl, if I wanted something so badly, I would do everything I can do get it! you may not know it, but there are women out there who are just as well trained as men. My cousin Francesca was one of the best swordswomen I ever knew, even better that her husband, I must say. -giggles-
Ladies do have the advantage of a lighter step. It’s ideal for small swords and blades. That was my advantage too on the battle field. But I had to be trained to keep myself grounded better. I would be easy to throw around to much larger men. That’s the downside to being light weight. But enough about that. I never was able to ask what you do for a living? Our last chat was cut short, I’m afraid.
I sing for a living. Opera. -smiles- You must come and watch when I am going to perform again. -smiles- Or I can sing for you now, if you want.
Opera? *eyes widen* Amazing. I have heard only a few and the singers amaze me. I would very much love to see one. Where would it be?
